Intellectual Property Legal Writing Competition

The Virginia Journal of Law and Technology, in conjunction with Altacit Global, is holding its 1st Annual Intellectual Property Law Writing Competition. The Topic for 2009 is “The varying treatment of patentable subject matter” (the paper should be a scholarly analysis of the topic and not just a global survey of patentable subject matter).
